Some good some not so good.
The good...I had my first meal of snap peas, made a bit of stirfry with some fresh garlic, sundried tomato (what I did from last years harvest) and a bit of red beet (I bought them at a farm market last week and wanted to get rid of them) Added a bit of olive oil and put it over shell pasta...viola dinner with no crap in it.
Also pulled 1/2 of my garlic...this is the best harvest I've had for that, beautiful bulbs. I think the extra fertilizer worked, I used a combo of bone meal and blood meal all organic.
Also had about 6 cucumbers so far, I'm going to have a good crop of those this year. Planning on doing pickles again.
Zuccini and summes squash are looking good. The first zuc was about 3" long and something took a bite out of it...darn critters! But I have several others that look promising.
The not so good...I planted dill for my pickles at least 5 times, plants...seeds...I even bought some from the produce section that still had the roots on...nothing. little upset about that.
Basil didn't do so well either this year, I have 2 plants they might come around.
Peppers..hot and sweet have a few they to I hope will come around.
Tomatos are so so..23 plants ya would think I'd have a ton but with all the rain they too don't look so good.
But I'm having fun, put in some more potato plants where I took the garlic out of. Hoping for the best with what I have.
