ME GM's / assistance Treadmill 5 minutes/Stretching Situps (GHR) 3x12x35 (I found that if I am just shy of parallel my lower back doesnt hurt so thats how I do these now) SCGM (2 holes below J's) 1x10x45 1x6x95 1x4x125 1x3x150,175 1x2x200 1x1x215,225,235***,255,260,265,270,275,280 Yielding GHR (held at 3 positions for 5-10 seconds) 1x6xBW 2x5xBW (this was tough) Leg Ext 3x15x75 Band Adductor pulls (pb) 3x20xpb Calf Raises 2x30xBW I was really happy with todays workout. I had a workout partner for the last two sets of my SCGM's. Jack called just before I was finished and talked me through my last to reps which gave me a 55 lb PR! ;D I should have gone for 285 but the bar started to slide down on my left side and I pulled my arm/shoulder just a bit recovering. Its good to go now but it hurt then so I cashed it in. The yielding GHR was tough for me. I was holding it for about 10 seconds on the first 2 sets but it went down to 5 on my last one. I could really feel those. Well thats it. It would be so great to have a workout partner. You're lucky to have April Chris. Thanks Jack.

It was my pleasure to be there for your PR. The sound of plates clanging,the excitement of a PR and sweetest grunt you've ever heard were the highlights of this outstanding performance. I'll have to do this again. Thanks for the treat,Pam. Watch that shoulder. You've got to much healing time invested to reinjure it. That was a smart move to pack in on the susp. chains.
