Into Urgent care this morning. Major ear infection. Told ear drum will most likely rupture. If it doesn't and the pain gets worse they will stick a needle in and do it for me. The pain is excruciating!
I blame all this on the Indian burial mound next door.
I'm ready to feel good again.

for what it is worth, i think that you need to spend at least 30 minutes a day distracted by humor. schedule it like physical exercise.
you need to spend time laughing.
go get and watch funny movies. listen to comedians. read happy books.
i'm not kidding. there is literature on this.

Fish that's so weid that you said that. I feel quilty every time I "catch" myself laughing. I think how dare I laugh when Ryan is gone.
Well Tanner is very in tune with those feelings and came to me just the other day and said "mom you need to laugh and its ok with Ryan. So everyday we are watching Americas funniest Videos. " And we do. We watch it every night just before we go to bed. We laugh and talk about which videos Ryan would love and you know fish, I feel him with us.
So I am going to try to laugh more and not feel quilty about it because when I do he's with me.
Thanks fish.
