Long as I don't have to cook. speaking of not thinking...I get a call last night on the answering machine, my wanna be sister~in~law...says Ken & I are invited there for T~Day..she wasn't sure if I was planning on cooking or not...IS SHE KIDDING! lol she knows I'm working 15 hour days and have absolutly no intention of cooking. lol gotta luv family.

keep on, girl. oh, and tell your wannabe that you'll bring the turkey. you dry brine a frozen turkey, which means putting salt in a bag with a frozen turkey and putting the bag in the fridge for three days until the bird defrosts. take the oven ready bird to her house on the holiday. put it in the wannabes oven or webber for a while, serve. you get the credit, she gets the mess. www.latimes.com/features/food/la-fow-turkeyfaq18-2009nov18,0,5750108.story fish
