I was in one of those I want to workout for hours moods this evening but I resisted the temptation and kept the time reasonable.
Speed box squats( 12.75" box,belt after warmups and purple bands, 53 %)--10x2x215;
GHR--4x6x25,2x8x25;
Rev. hypers--1x10x70,90,110( back is still feeling pretty good);
Standing ab pulldowns--1x8x50,60,60,60,70,70;
Situps(GHR)--3x8x35;
Standing BB curls--1x5x65,75,85,95,105; 1x3x110;
Tri pushdowns(minibands)--4x25;
Wrist curls( BTB )--3x10x110.
Y'all have a great weekend.

I really need to start pushing myself on the GHR. I expect you to get on my a** if I dont get off at least 10 reps on my first couple of sets --- unweighted of course. And no way I could do 10 if I do them with a pause. You just smoke me on the GHR though and I cant have that. I'm glad your back is still feeling good. Keep it that way. I still need to get used to your new workout schedule. I want you back to mine, which is actually yours. Enjoy your weekend.

We'll get our schedules back in sync after September. Actually my back was stiff and sore yesterday but no pain. Today most of the soreness is gone so that's a good sign,meaning in my interpretation that it was the box squats and reverse hypers and that my lower back is weak and needs lots of work .

Stiff and sore.....you are really testing my self control today arent you. I really dont have anything appropriate to say about that at the moment. I'll get back to you though.
