I started keeping track but stopped. I was helping my nephew with his workout and was showing him the different exercises. We didnt get started until after 8:30. I did a little of everything, bench press, lying tri ext, tri pushdowns, lat pulldowns, bi curls, zottoman curls, concentration curls, hammer curls, db flyes, and a few more exercises I cant think of right now. We were down there about an hour. Not much of a report but its all I have.

That was better than 99 % of the population,especially considering that you're under the weather. How did the shoulder fare ? We'll count your workout as part of your rehab therapy .

Shoulder did pretty good. I pulled it a bit showing him how to do dips, I did them one handed but pulled it getting up off the floor...why cant I hurt it DURING the workout? I iced it though and its good as...well as it has been since I hurt it.

I swear I did them one handed, knees bent so it wasnt that hard. I didnt hurt it doing the dips but getting up from them. That said, no more dips for me.
