OK Pam,here's a new one for you.........suspended chain bench press and it's supposedly less stressful on your shoulders than a pin press. Don't try these yet . Susp. chain bench press ( 5" off chest )--warm up sets,1x3x185,225; 1x1x245,265,285,295*,305(F); Flat DB extensions--5x10x65; Bent BB rows--1x8x135,145,155,165,155,155; Face pulls--1x10x80,90,90,90; DB side raise--2x10x25, 2x8x30 ; Cuff work--2x12x7.5(top and bottom half)--1x20x7.5( zottman's and rear delt--thumbs out) .

My first question is why cant I do them? If they put less stress on your shoulders then wouldnt it be a good exercise for me to do? Your db tri ext have really come along Jack. You are really progressing. I'm proud of you. I see you took your core lift to failure. You had a pretty amazing workout there Jack. I of course dont have anything to post...again. I am still holding on to this darn fever but I will be better tomorrow. Nice workout Jack...I'm impressed.

Pam.it read "less stressful" . Your shoulder is just not ready for this now. Give me a clean bill of health and then give these a go. You better get well today . If I can impress you,then it's a good workout.
