I had to move this day up since I'll be gone tomorrow and I was feeling a little beat up. I was still feeling a little sore during warmups but put the suit on and I was like a new man. I cut everything a little short since my time was limited.
Speed box squats( 13.5" box,suit/no straps,belt,60#'s chain,60 %)--8x2x240;
GHR--4x8x25;
Rev. hypers--1x10x100,120,120
Standing ab pulldowns--5x8x60;
Seated BB curls--1x3x75,85,95,105,115; 1x2x120;
Tri pushdowns(minibands)--4x25;
Incline hammer curls--1x10x30,35; 1x8x40.

That was your version of a short workout? I'm rethinking wanting to workout with you again. Although I would like to see you do those seated bicep curls. At least you got a workout in. I really think this week is going to be a wash for me. I have so much to do between now and the funeral. Enjoy your weekend...and get him something good!!!

Are you sure you would want to see me workout. I make a lot of ugly faces,sweat all over the place and make sounds like you've never heard before. That girl in the Exorcist is more attractive than me when I workout and probably even when I'm at my best . I cut the reps on the leg work and the bi and pushdown work don't take much time. If you could have been there to help me change the weights it would have gone even faster(faster being a relative term for my workouts ) .
