Which is more difficult, cambered bar or straight bar good mornings ? I don' know they're both hard as hell for me . Cambered bar good mornings( -5, belt after warmups)--warmup sets,1x3x195,235; 1x1x255,275,295,315***,340(F); GHR( 2"elv.)--3x15xBW; Rev. hypers--1x10x120,130,130; Situps(ghr w/2"elv.)--1x12xBW,4x8x25; Leg band curl--2x8xgr.band/ea. leg individually,1x8xgr.band/both legs; wrist curls--2x15x65,85; 1x12x95,105; Tri pushdowns(minibands)--4x25. I'm going to start alternating the good mornings between a single and a trip max effort session. I just don't feel I get enough work out the singles. Thought for the day--"According to a recent survey, men say the first thing they notice about women is their eyes; women say the first thing they notice about men is that they are a bunch of liars." .

Our eyes huh? Hmmmm, I didnt know my eyes were on my chest. Hey great job on the GM's!!! I'm impressed. I also like the idea of doing triples...can I steal that from you? That was one heck of a workout Jack. You just put me to shame dont you? What benefit do you get out of your belt and how necessary do you think they are if at all?

Oh,come on Pam,you know we never look at a women's chest . Pam,as you well know, nothing I ever come up with is original . I beg, borrow or steal from someone else,so feel free to take anything I throw out or do as your own . The belt helps(or at least in my mind)my lower back. It also is a positive reinforcement on using your abs in the squat,dl's and gm's. Keep the belt about one notch looser than tight and feel your abs push out on the belt as you start your concentric on these lifts. This is a good way to really tighten your abs on these lifts. It may seem strange to tighten your abs by pushing out and has the possibility over time and many reps to distend your abdominals except on a pretty thing like you. Besides a belt just looks cool .
