I took speed day literally and really rushed through this one. See,I can do it if I really try . Flat speed bench(minibands;3grips,med. to wide)--9x3x115; 1x17x115; Tate press--4x8x60(this one got me. I don't know if my tri's were tired after the set to near failure or it it's because I just didn't have it but 4 sets was all I could go); Tri pressdowns(med. bar)--1x12x80,2x10x90,100; Chest assisted row--1x8x155,170,185; 1x6x200; 1x8xx185,190; BB front shrugs--1x20x135,1x15x185,1x12x225; Rear delt raise(incline)--4x8x35; Cuff work(shoulder horn)--3x15x10. Start to finish was 1:15 including warmups. Thought for the day--"give a person a fish and you feed him for a day,teach that person to use the internet and they won't bother you for weeks."

Wow, you can move. Just remember, fast isnt always good. Well you put my workout to shame once again, but at least I'm back at it. So you cant yell at me after you read mine. Well, you can but I may cry if you do. Nice job Jack...I should have read this before I started my workout.
