ME Rack Pulls / assistance Swissball crunch 3x25x30 Swissball reverse crunch 2x12 (I must be getting a little more coordinated, I didnt fall off this time ) Rack Pulls (2" off floor) 1x8x45 1x4x135 1x3x150,175 1x2x200 1x1x225, put on wraps 250***, 260 (F - 2 attempts - the bar didnt budge) GHR 3x8xBW Leg Ext 3x15x80 I know its not much of a workout but I'm easing back into it. Thats the story I'm going with anyway. Well I expected to do better on the rack pulls. Last time I did them I believe I was 6" off the floor and did 300, thats a 50 lb difference. I just dont think there should be that much of a gap. The bar didnt even move on either of the attempts. I've got something going on in the back of my left leg. I'm thinking I may have a pinched nerve or something. I can only sit for about 10 minutes before it starts to hurt. The pain goes from about the middle of my butt down to the back of my knee, but the longer I sit the further down it goes. It was shooting all the way down into my calf today. Most of the pain is from the middle of my leg up towards my butt. It hurts now but not sure if its from my workout or sitting in the car for two hours. I have 2 more days of driving yet, the thought of which doesnt make me happy. I'm in the car for 5 hours a day. If anyone has any idea whats wrong let me know. This has been going on now for about 2 months. Though it wasnt much everything went good. I wish I could have done more on my rack pulls but I'll get it next time.

Pam,there is a considerable distance be the low and high and pin pulls and a difference of 50#'s is not of the ordinary. Considering it's been several weeks since you've really been able to do anything,I think you did just great. To top all that off you didn't fall of the ball . It sounds to me like you've got a pinched nerve or a condition that certain positions pinch the nerve that runs down your legs. Let us know about the stretches.

Ok you have me totally comfused, one of us needs more coffee. You said "Pam,there is a considerable distance be the low and high and pin pulls and a difference of 50#'s is not of the ordinary." Even exchanging distance with difference I'm not sure what you're saying. Are you saying, that I should have been able to get closer to 300 but since I was a lazy a** the last two weeks this is what I get or are you saying that 50 lbs is an acceptable difference? Now before you answer...drink some more coffee...and dont spike it!
