Here's the report :
Susp. chain bench press(5.5" off chest)--warmup sets,1x3x185,1x1x225,255,280,305(F),305***,310(F),got 4 lifts at 90% + and the 280 and second 305 went up surprisingly easy. It's all about timing and proper firing of the muscles involved;
Flat DB extensions--5x12x55;
Bent BB row--1x6x135,145,155,165,175,185,175,175,175;
Face pulls(straight bar,med. grip)--1x15x80,1x12x90,2x10x100,110;
DB side raise--3x10x30;
Cuff work--2x15x10(zottman's),2x15x10(rear delts,thumbs down and thumbs out).
This is the third week in a row that I've done the susp. chain BP and I've added 5#'s each time so I guess I'll try it again until I quit making gains. It took me an hour and 30 minutes to get this one in and I'll have more to comment on the time factor in a reply to an earlier post of yours.

Great workout Jack! I'm tired just reading it! You'd put me in the ground if I worked out with you. Not that you asked for my opinion but I think its a good idea to keep the scbp as long as your making gains and not bored with it. Nice PR!! In response to your TFTD question...because the darn grill is out of propane! I guess I really need to turn that darn thing off when I am done grilling dont I?
