Ok, here is my schedule, yes I am behind again. It's 9:00pm and I'm just getting in for good for the night. I have yet another busy week ahead of me but here is my schedule and I want you to help me stick to it. I will need to run out tomorrow morning but depending upon what time I need to leave I will either get my workout in before I leave or right after I get home. Tomorrow is going to be busier than Tuesday so I am going to plan an upper body workout since that is still rehab work. Tuesday will be ME squat (doing deads again), Wednesday will be upper body, then either Thursday or Friday will be DE squats. I really really need you to help me stick to that, no excuses. I have a lot to do but if I plan I can get it all done. I may have to shorten things up but I can do it. Hold me to it Jack! Enough about me, nice workout. There is no way I would ever say anything bad about it since I have been slacking so much...well, ok, I would, but I wont. I'm off to try to figure out this new software I have to plan decks. I am realizing why it was only $9.99, I just cant seem to get it.

Count yourself held to that workout schedule or you'll be punished . As soon as I can talk you into getting your workout in early, you'll never have any scheduling problems .

After the kids go to school I'm going to start working out after they leave, 9:30 is as early as you're going to get me to start...and even at that its going to take at least 30 minutes of warming up to get the blood flowing. Here's the plan for today...shower at 8, working out by 8:45, done by 9:30, wash up again (dont say it...I have to shower before I workout or I cant workout...hey, nothing wrong with being clean!), and out the door by 10. I need to throw a few phone calls in there but I'll work it out. Punish me? Just what do you have in mind Jack?
