No PR's but I did get 3 lifts at 90% + on my core lift so I accomplished something. I was close to a PR on the susp.chain work, got it moving but just didn't have enough horsepower to get it where I do best, lockout. This was my 4th week on this exercise so I'll change it next time to something a little lower from the chest. Susp. chain bench press(5.5" off chest)--warmup sets,1x3x185,215; 1x1x245,270,295,310(F),310(F),the 295 went up strong and I thought I had enough to get the 310 but it just didn't work out...........this time; Flat DB extensions--5x10x65(the last 2 reps on set 5 were a struggle); Bent BB rows--1x8x135,155,165,175,175,175,175; Face pulls--5x10x90; DB side raise--4x8x35(struggled a little on the last rep of each set); Cuff work--1x20x5 top half and bottom half. Pam,I didn't time this one but I'd guess it took an hour and 20 to 30 minutes with at least 15 minutes adjusting chains, dumbells and keeping the weights picked up and racked. I can go fast after the core lift . Get well girl.

You'll get the 310 next time. Nice job, can I claim some of that for me? Not sure it would be worth posting up what I did and I'm still torn between just getting on with the week at planned or giving up an upper body day and redoing it. What I want to do is change my schedule around, yes again, and do my ME squat day on Sunday. I always have more time then. So I'm thinking to just forget it and go on. I'll get back to the rack pulls on Sunday good as new and see if I cant set a PR. How does that sound? Today will be upper body and tomorrow squats. I'm feeling better...just dont take me too far away from the house.
