Back to the bands, which I prefer over the chains. I went lower and wider(not much but a little ) and speed wasn't bad overall,a little slow on the first set but it kept accelerating through the entire squat work up to the 275. The 275 was a little slow compared to the others. Speed box squats( 12" box,no suit, belt after warmups,47%)-- 8x2x195 + purple bands, 1x2x225,255,275 + purple bands; GHR( 2" elv.)--5x8x25; Rev. hypers--1x8x140,145,150,155; Situps(ghr + 2" elv.)--4x10x25; Tri pushdowns(minibands)--3x25(8-14-03); DB curls--1x6x30,35,40,45,45; Rev. wrist curls(standing)--1x30x45,1x25x55,1x20x65. I didn't exactly burn this one up,timewise, probably an hour twenty minutes, and the fastest part was the box squats.

I prefer the chains over the bands any day of the week for squats. I just cant seem to get them adjusted right. My heart starts to race when I read your workouts because I hate how I've neglected mine. I miss having a normal life. Actually I'm going to really miss the kids once they go back to school. I think I hate it more than they do. I am going to be all alone all day...I am not looking forward to that even a little. I know it will give me time to study and stuff but I want my kids home!!! Nice job kiddo. I'm proud of you..nothing ever gets in the way of your workouts.

Nothing gets in the way of my workouts because I don't have kids at home. If that were the case,I wouldn't be working out. You are the amazing one, being able to sandwich all you do in a day. All I've got is time.

You have nothing but time? Well Jack, I'm not sure if you're aware of this but I've started a new program for people just like you. It's called "Rent my kid". So, which one would you like? I'll warn you, the girl is just a tad emotional these days. I guarantee you that with just one you will fill up all your free time. Oh and just in case you were wondering, they are just on rental. I'm not selling them.....yet. So whats it going to be, lacrosse with the oldest, building sand castles with the youngest or bra shopping with the middle one?

Good choice Jack...although if you think having that one will be easy, think again. I am confident that you could keep up with playing lacrosse, which really only includes throwing a very hard ball so he can learn to catch it in his net and cathing it. You probably wouldnt be as big of a baby as I am when it comes to catching it. I hit the ground quite often when I see that thing coming towards me! But I did learn on thing, never and I mean NEVER hold your glove our so it parallel to the ground so that when the ball hit the glove it wont just keep on rolling up and hit you in the face. Not sure I explained that very well but I know you know what I mean. Anyway, you cant change your mind now...sand castles it is. I'll ship him out first thing in the morning. Oh by the way he's a great little helper when you're working out. PS Did you say you were old???
