I felt fast on the bench work but was I fast. Was the speed my imagination or reality. The only way we'll find out is if my max lift goes up or I can have someone observe me.
Flat speed bench(minibands,wide grip)--9x3x115; weight releasers--1x1x135,185,205,225,225 + 70#'s on releasers;
Nose crushers--1x12x65,75,85,95;
One arm DB ext.--3x8x35;
Lat pulldowns(wide grip)--1x10x90,100,110,110;
BB shrugs(front)--1x10x135,185,205,205,205;
BB front raise--1x12x45,1x10x55,1x8x65;
Cuff work--1x20x5 top and bottom half.
Cut the cuff work short because the phone rang and by the time I got off I was out of the mood to finish up.
