yup, i do. we own one, a good one.
a good one is great, a bad one is bad.
i assume that you will be able to mount your own bike to the trainer. nice. my major objection to our indoor bikes - airdyne and tunturi - is the saddle.
ours uses a sets of rollers with fins to increase resistance as the rider increases speed.
good to have a cycle computer so you can tailor your training and mix your workouts.
careful, though, you can fall down.

I borrowed one, got it today. Cycleops Mag (I think) Was pretty quiet, worked great, set the resistance on the wheel and then used the gears for tension options. Worked up a good sweat in 30 min but it's nothing like riding outside...I get bored real fast. outside I can go 30 miles and not get bored.
LOL ok I'm an idiot..reset my cateye..took a second or 2 before I realized what the problem was.
Need to pick up another cheap wireless one to put on the back wheel.

we have a specialized 3000. so old you can't find it anymore. i was thinking of my nephew's rig with the double roller setup. scary, but way cool. www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product_10053_10052_520822_-1_202650_10000_202382with ours, one takes off the front wheel and locks the forks into a stand. a bar runs from the front stand to a back set of rollers with the fan. kinda like this: www.amazon.com/Cycle-Ops-Front-Stand-Rollers-Black/dp/B0007M4I8Gours is a great little unit and i'm glad you reminded me of it. there is nothing like working out on the bike you will ride on the road. as for boredom, you don't know what boredom is until you row on an erg. Smoke, these courses at www.teach12.com are the answer for indoor aerobic work. i feel that i am conditioning not only my body, but also my mind. the time flies and i almost look forward to the next session. again, i cannot recommend these courses too highly. be sure to get them when they are on sale. every course goes for 70% off at least once a year. some courses are better in dvd than cd. It is easier to appreciate an Art Appreciation course if one can see the art. i prefer the dvd courses for the indoor exercise. they have over 300 courses. if you have any interest, let me know. once one is a client, the company offers additional discounts like free shipping. look at the catalog. read the critiques. i think if you send for the catalog they will give you the ad-discount offers even for your first purchase. and with this bluetooth stuff you can have headphones distant from the screen so the noise of the equipment goes away. we got a pair from bestbuy for 50 bucks or so. no more boredom. keep the faith.

You need to check out the YouTube videos of people trying the rollers, some are pretty funny.
Sue that sounds like the one I have. Really liked it the one time I got to use it. I have a block, it's a triangle shape that puts your bike at different inclines.
I hear ya on getting bored. Jack has plastic hung up so he can work snow free under the deck so I cant even see the lake, hate that. Fish I think I'm going to check out your link to the courses and see if there is anything I'd be interested in.
