A little wider(but not by much),a little deeper,really concentrating on driving the bar and keeping my knees wide has resulted in a wonderful soreness this morning. Sometimes it's good to feel sore and this is one of them.
Speed box squats(11.25" box,belt after warmups,no suit,51%)--8x2x210 + purple bands;
GHR(2" elevation in rear)--3x10x25;
Reverse hypers--3x10x140;
Leg band curls(green band)--2x8x ea. leg,1x10x both legs,held until my hams were screaming;
Kneeling ab pulldowns--5x8x100;
Preacher hammer curls--1x15x25,1x12x30,1x10x35,1x8x40;
Tri pushdowns(minibands)--3x30;
Wrist curls--1x25x45,1x20x65,1x15x75,1x12x85.
I don't know how I'd do on a 10.5" box but I just might give it a try. I'd have to have a couple of sets to get used to going down that low and I might just give it a whirl on the next 47% day. Y'all have a good weekend.

I didnt realize you wore your belt on DE days. 210 + bands on a DE day...I'm impressed. Nice job. This one has to be short and sweet. I have a pool I need to get ready for...I will drop you a line later on.

Pam,my goal is not to wear a belt on DE days but if I feel my back getting a little stiff,I'll slap it on. It's also a good reinforcing tool for forcing your abs out as you fire off the box. Just wear the belt a notch loose and feel your abs push out on the belt. This isn't the way to get that ripped look(actually it gives you the "Louie look") but I'll take a bigger squat over the 6 pack any day. I know you girls don't like to look at us guys with big guts but I'm trying to impress you with my squats,my looks and physique would never cut it . Get that pool finished girl or you'll be using it for a skating rink . You've got to send us some pictures of the completed product and don't forget to get you in your bathing suit in the photo.

This is a example of a recent chest, tricep workout. Its not exact but its close
Bench press- 3x5x145, 2x5x135
DB bench press- 3x7-4x45's
Flys- 3xabout 6x35's
Tricep extentions- 3x7x?
skullcruchers- 3xabout 5x55
Any comments and advice would be great.

Hey Nate, I dont have time to respond to your workout the way I want to, I'm trying to get ready to get a pool tomorrow and need to get out and start digging before the heat and rain roll in. Anyway a couple of quick questions and hopefully I'll have more time tomorrw. First, when you are working out are you working to failure everytime? Is your last rep of each set the last rep you could do with good form? Also how long have you been doing the workout you posted? Do you change it up at all or is that it? One more, I know I said two but I lied, how often do you workout and do run or play any sports? Basically what else to you do besides lift? I'll check back here as soon as I can but it might not be until later tonight or tomorrow. Have a good one.
