Uh oh,here we go again, cambered bar squats . The bar does feel better with most of it slung lower but that's about it. Cambered bar squats(12.75" box, suit and belt all the way)--warmups, 1x3x195,235,285; 1x1x325,355,385(put wraps on here),405***,415(F); GHR--1x15,18,20xBW; Rev. hypers--4x8x150,160,170,180; Standing ab pulldowns(butt on bar)--1x8x70,80,90,100,90; Seated BB curl--1x15x45,1x12x65,1x10x85,1x8x100; Tri pushdowns(minibands)--3x30; Rev. wrist curls--1x12x45,55,65; 1x8x75; Wrist curls--1x10x75,85,95; 1x8x105. I've been trying not to use the suit during warmup sets but I was sweating so much during my warmup work that I knew it would be almost impossible to get it on by myself if I waited until I started squatting. It's getting awfully lonely here, folks. How about some posts.

Now I would think it would be harder with all the weight in front of you on those cambered squats. Ok my workout: Sod Squats Rock Adductor/Abductor sweep Brick Deadlifts Farmers walk, or maybe that would be Wheelbarrow walk Ok yesterday, I hauled rock to the side of the house, loaded up the wheelbarrow, wheeled it over, dumped it out, spread it out and repeated that over and over and over again, all by myself. Then I pulled MORE sod, and hauled at least...oh geez I have no idea but the pile of sod was taller than me and had to be hauled to the other side of the yard...by myself. He has 2 guys helping him build the deck, cutting wood, screwing it in, you know, simple stuff. So its supper time. I run to the pizza place, bake the pizzas and then I'm told by one of the wives of one of the guys that was helping out that I should wait to eat until after the guys eat because they have worked so hard. Now I know that building a deck is hard work but I'm thinking what I did was a whole lot more work than what they did. So I did the womanly thing, I poured a glass of ice water, dished up a piece of pizza, put it one the table and sat down and ate. I'll be dam*ed if I'm going to let some guys who didnt break a sweat all day sit down just because they are guys. Thats my vent for the day. I need to spend some time with my kids who start school tomorrow. I cant wait until 3:00 tomorrow afternoon! Nice workout Jack, I'll be back to posting real soon, thanks for holding up the fort for us.

My thoughts parallel yours on the cambered bar squats and I am sore this morninig, you've "gotta" love it. I asssume your workout was high set, high rep. Remember,no more than an hour on the workout, that corisol thing you know . I bet the gal that suggested the guys eat first wasn't hungry. It used to be tradition that the men eat first but my theory on that is that women did the cooking and kept sampliing the food before it was served, weren't hungry, had their fill and postured themselves in this way to make them look good and still have "us" owe y'all . Thanks for the reply. I was starting to feel like Robinson Crusoe..

I guess what bugged me the worst was that I know I worked harder than all three of them put together. Not that I didnt appreciate them helping us out, it was wonderful, but....oh I dont know...I wouldnt do good in the miltary either...cant stand it when people tell me what to do.
