I lost my focus on my core lift. I've got to master blocking everything out of my mind and getting nasty and hostile. Grrrrrrrrr . Floor press(med.grip)--warmups,1x3x185,225; 1x1x245,265,275(F),275(F). Missed both of "em" at about 6" off the chest; Rev.band BP(close grip, high bench, green bands)--1x15x185,1x12x205,1x10x225; Cross body DB ext.--1x10x30,35,40; Lat pulldowns(wide grip)--1x10x90,100,110,110; Face pulls(wide grip)--4x10x90; DB side raise--3x10x30; Cuff work(shoulder horn,DB instead of plates)--3x12x10. I didn't exactly set the woods on fire with this one and it also took to much time to complete. I think I do better on Sunday's when I don't shave .

Next time you find yourself in your rack and you cant clear your mind try stretching for a bit. Just put your legs up on the bars and use that time to clear your mind and get some extra stretching in. At least youre working out. I think you did pretty darn good. I'll have my first ME squat workout to post on Sunday. Dont look for much but I'll be back in the saddle by then. I'm going to finish up everything that has to be done in the backyard this weekend. By the way, will my grass ever look the same? It is all smashed down from the bobcat and all the traffic. It wasnt doing good before with the lack of rain we've had but now it just looks terrible. I'll be back here with you before you know it Jack.

I'm not sure your stretching methods would help my bench press . I'm counting on reading your weight training workout posts real soon. As for your grass, the soil has been compacted. Aereate it if you can but by all means throw the water to it. A fall fertilization would also help it's recovery.
