As much as I dislike high rep workouts,I'm going to start adding them to see if I can get a boost on my core lifts. Speed box squats(11.25" box,suit,belt,47%)--10x2x195 + purple bands. I used the suit and belt since the box was lower and my back was a little stiff; GHR(2" elevation)--3x20xBW(country fried hams ); Reverse hypers--1x8x160,160,170,170; Kneeling ab pulldowns--1x15x80,80,80,90; Side bends--1x12x65,1x10x70,1x8x75; Hammer curls--1x15x25,1x12x30,35; Wrist curls(btb)--1x15x95,100,105. I'm tired(say that in my accent Pam ) and the shower will be a long one. Y'all have a good weekend.

Hey kiddo! So you're tiiiiired huh? Well you have permission to be after that workout. I'm tired too, or should I say tiiired. I was in the pool for 3 hours straight. I didnt do much but it sure seems to take a lot out of a person. I had a couple of my neighbors over and we had a great time. T has crashed on the couch and I am not far behind him. I cant get into hotmail and the kids are here, you know what that means. I hope you have a wonderful weekend, check your mail in the morning.

Don't forget your sunscreen and don't go in the water until an hour after you eat . I don't know where that one came from but that's what I was always told growing up. I believe it was just a stall tactic to keep me out of the river . Have a good one,Pam.
