Been watching the news...your gonna get Hammered up there! Doesn't look too bad here...we are just on the edge..they are calling 4-8 but I don't think we'll get much.

they're only making noise because boston may get some snow.

we get these winter nor'easters almost every winter, and they are impressive.

we live about a mile from the ocean as the crow flies.

nor'easter winds carry the sound of the surf - like a freight train - this way. combine that with sound of the wind through the trees and the sideways white outs, and these storms are remarkable sight and sound events.

and if one can get to the shore and the storm is in daylight, it is like watching an ocean hurricane with snow instead of rain.

I think there is nothing cuter than a puppy playing in the snow. Mine love fresh powder. We let it pile up on the deck and let them out to play in it. It's so cute.
