I said a couple of weeks ago that I was going to alternate my ME gm's between 1 and 3 rep max's. This was supposed to be 3 rep day but I completely forgot,senior moment .I'll make it up with two in row if I can remember . Susp. chain gm's(-2 hole)--warmups,1x3x185,225; 1x1x250,275,300,315,325,335***,340(F); Dimel dl's--1x15x145; 1x12x155.165,175,185; Pull throughs--1x15x80; 1x12x90,100,110; Standing ab pulldowns--5x12x60; Hammer curls--1x10x30,35,40,40; Wrist curls(btb)--1x15x95,105,115. I got a little light headed after the failure rep on the gm's. That's an indication that I gave it all I had. I didn't check my eyes . Come on Pam let's see a workout post.
