Yes I really did workout! DE Bench Cardio - Powerhike 20 min Stretching - 5 minutes Speed bench 1x10x45 2x8x65 3x3x65-close 3x3x65-medium 3x3x65-wide Flat bench DB Tri Ext 4x10x14 DB Shoulder Press 4x12x10 (little tight but no pain) Lat Pulldowns 3x15x60 RC Ext - Top 1/2 3x15x2 Not much but it feels good to be back at it. I have to get out the door in about 10 minutes so thats why my workout is a little short. I would normally do more stretching. Well not much to say about this one. No shoulder pain, but my left side is more fatigued than my right and it was tight on the shoulder presses. I still dont have the ROM I used to have but I'll work on that. I'm going to be taking things slow and not rush anything but I am hoping to be back up to 150 by the end of the year on my bench. My left hand was asleep through most of the workout. I dont want to have surgery until Christmas time but not sure how long I will be able to put it off, its not getting any better at all. Well thats it kids. I hope ya'll have a great day, I'm off...again!

It looks good to see you back on the bench again. I don't know what kind of visions you had for your workout but that's a good way to start back. I don't know if it will help but next time try taping your wrists to reduce their movement and possibly pressure on the nerve. Tell me more about the symptoms and diagnosis of numbness in the little and ring finger and thumb.
Great to have you back with no shoulder pain. Don't forget to do those rack stretches next time.

You'll be back to 150 before you know it. This was supposed to be in the first reply but you know me,I lose focus when bench work is the subject and forget to complete my posts .
