NC's baby is well into her first trimester after a number of miscarriages.
We are praying hard.
Thy will be done.
I am told that (God willing) I am to be known as ...
"Grumples"
Weekly Doctor says all signs point to yes.
THE Blood test will be back next week.
You women have it harder than we men. All we ever had to do was fight and maybe die. You had to bear children, and until really very recently, maybe die all too frequently

Fish I have never looked at giving birth as something I "had" to do. Being pregnant, feeling that baby inside you, watching him move....it's an amazing feeling.
I had 2 miscarriages, one after Ryan and one after Kara. I like to think Ryan is taking care of them.
So just when are you expected to become Gurmples?
Looking forward to grandmahood. Just pray to God the kids do things in the right order! And at the right time.

I have read that in Sparta only two classes of citizen were honored with headstones on their graves: soldiers who died in battle and mothers who died in childbirth.
Oh, have you ladies seen "Call the Midwife"?
Nancy likes the series very much.
