Did some experimenting on some of the excerises,some good and some not so good but interesting. I went real wide on the E-Z bar on the preacher curls...not a good idea and really elevated my arms on the wrist curls.....good idea. Win some,lose some . Speed box squats(11.25" box,suit and belt,51%)--8xx210 + purple bands; GHR(2" elv.,yielding)--4x10xBW(held pause for 2 seconds,no way I could hold it for 10 now); Rev.hypers--1x8x150,160,170,180; Situps(ghr,2" elv.)--1x12xbw,2x10x10,25; 1x8x35; Kneeling ab pulldowns(facing away from the stack)--1x12x50,1x8x60(couldn't keep the bench from scooting),1x15x50; Preacher curls--1x8x58,68,78; 1x6x88,1x4x98.1x2x108(wide grips), 1x8x88(regular grip); Reverse wrist curls--1x20x45,1x15x55,1x12x65.
