This one was done in a hotel gym so it had to modified but I did get it in. Speed bench(no resistance)--9x3x125,chest press machine; Flat DB ext.--1x20x30,2x15xx40,50; Lat pulldowns--1x12x90,2x10x100,110,1x8x125; Shoulder press--2x10x40,45; 1x8x50; Rear delt raise(incline bench)--3x12x25; Cuff work--3x15xx5,top and bottom half. Pam,I did 10 minutes on the treadmill as part of my warmup,aren't you proud of me .
