Okthis is a justifiable workout! Been at it an hour and I'm drenched, my arms hurt and I'm filthy...came in for a drink and back at it...not even close to being 1/2 way done.

trimming bushes and trees is dangerous hard work. what tools are you using ? ladders ? what kinds of saws ? power tools eye protection ? ear protection ? heck, body armor !

Ladder on the tailgate of the truck, frayed extension cord, hedger with bad extension arm, shorts and a halter top....just kidding! I luv you Fish! I do need to go back and get the tops, I was using a ladder but too short to get some of them, also have one other tree in the front that I need to do...after 4 hours of cutting and hauling I had enough!

i have my own laws of relativity.
for example:
ladders are longer from the top to the bottom than they are from the bottom to the top.
careful, girl.

I agree! lol I'm not a big fan of the top rung unless it's leaning again't something I can hang onto.
Done for now, I habe to do some back by the back garden but I need to wait till I dig out the potatoes and cut the rest of the cabbage.
Hauled about 5 truckloads away total.

good grief ! basic ladder safety says one should never under any circumstances use the top rung. at least three rungs at the top past the support for an extension ladder. not big on osha, they are usually too conservative, but on ladder safety they are too loose. www.osha.gov/Publications/portable_ladder_qc.htmlmet a lot of injured/disabled workers during my lifetime who had ladder accidents. especially be aware of power lines when carrying or setting up. lost a good friend to a power line accident. when i take a saw/tools up, i tie it to a rope, leave the tool on the ground, climb the ladder with the rope in my hand, get solid, and then pull the saw/tools up.
