So why do I eat what I shouldn't?
My brain tells me no but I go and buy the chippy's anyway..and thus eat them. Granted I am buying "better" chippys than before but none the less I still am buying them.
21 days is habit...60 something is engraved in..I don't buy it...I was eating really good for more that 60 days, working out, doing what I was supposed to and it only took about a week and the whole thing got shot to hell...now I'm struggling to get back on track.
Why is it even necessary to think about what to eat...animals don't..well except my katz..they have a built in alarm clock as to when it's time to eat..but they to have been spoiled into it and not just go out and catch a mouse or a bird when they are hungry.
I don't get it.

Brain chemistry. Do you take l- glutamine? Great for sugar and salt cravings. 1/4 tsp under your tongue when you have cravings. Supposedly the cravings are you brains way of telling you it needs fuel, most people grab sugar. But it can and does use glutamine. It works for me. I Take it in the morning and at night too. Cravings are pretty under control now. Better chips still turn into sugar ;D But what the hell do I know, look where I am
