Pam..do you happen to have a list of vitamins/minerals and which ones to take in the am and which in the pm?

Geez no. All I know is to take B's in the morning/early afternoon cause they can keep you awake. Probiotics on an empty stomach in the morning and before bed. CoQ10 with fat and calcium with mag together to help one or both absorb easier.
What do you take?

I looked at a bunch of sites and didn't find what I was looking for..I'll have to write down the one at the nutritionist..if/when I go back.
