This was an abbreviated workout due to time constraints and a slightly pulled or strained hamstring. I heard a pop and felt a twinge of pain on my last deadlift attempt right under the cheek of my butt. It's a little sore today. Pin pulls(no suit,4" off the floor)--warmups,1x3x225,1x2x275,1x1x300,320,340,360,380(M); the 380 was going up smooth and that's what aggitated me most about the mishap; GHR(2" elv.)--1x15xbw,3x10x25; Ab slings--3x12 knees up, 1x12 legs up; Wrist curls--1x25x45,1x20x65,1x15x85,1x12x95. The hamstrings didn't bother me doing the ghr's so it could be something in my glute. Now wouldn't that be something.....pull a muscle in my a ss . I don't think it's to serious and I'll take it easy the next couple of days to check it out.
