The cold kind of shortened this one but I did get everything done in 45 minutes. Flat speed bench(med. grip,60#'s chain)--3x3x115,6x3x120; Flat DB extensions--1x15x45,50,50(minibands); Seated cable rows--1x15x120,140,160; Front BB shrugs--1x15x160,180,210; Rear delt pulls--3x15x2bl. minibands. Hopefully the good sweat will help dry me up .
