Hey there. I'm sorry. Just going through some stuff.

Not much new, spent a lot of time with Kara. She is an organization freak! I did good with her lol so she organized my life. Told her this summer she's organizing the storage area in the basement. I have kept every thing the kids ever touched. I've been told it's time to let go...sign....we shall see.

Have that damn heart stuff back again too. Always happens after the first of the year, I know it's temporary so I think I'm dealing with it better. Just makes ya feel icky.

I'm back though. I've had a very productive day, well compared to what it's been like, got in a couple workouts so that felt good.
