Feeling a lot better this past week. I really think it's the exercise. Going to lift today, my knee is pain free so going to try some body weight squats and see how it fairs. Will do those a few times is all goes well then slowly add weight. It's nice to feel myself climbing out of this depression. Depression is a terrible sink hole to be in. Feeling like I can handle things much better right now.

Day started off pretty good. Got lots done, felt good. Made some awesome crackers. Going to play around with the recipe and see if I can up the fiber.
