Starting next week I'm going to begin my extra lat/delt work adding a 5th day every other week to see if this will jump start my bench press. I'm down 30#'s on the floor press and haven't set a bench PR in nearly 5 months except for some lockout work. This is going to turn around !!!
Floor press(med. grip)--warmups,1x1x185,205,225,245,265,275(F);
Tate press--4x12x50(more of these are on the menu too);
JM press--1x30x45 + 60#'s chain;
Bent BB rows--1x15x135,1x12x145,2x10x155,165;
Face pulls(tri rope)--1x6x80,90,100; 2x8x90;
Side DB raise--1x3x35,40,45; 1x2x50; 1x10x35;
Cuff work(shoulder horn)--3x15x10.
I'm starting back from square one,care to join me Pam. Let's see how far we take this bad boy.

I dont think I have a choice but to start from square one Jack. I'm with you. I only wish you were here to kick my butt. I'd be benching 200 before you knew it if you were my lifting partner. I'd also cuss you out a lot. Nice workout. You always work so hard...I'm impressed. Now slow down and let me catch up!

A good motivational cussing is always needed. Through in some trash talk and smack and you're good for an additional 5-10#'s. Add trying to impress a pretty lady and you've got an instant recipe for a PR. Just remember what goes around comes around and what's fair for the goose is fair for the gander. There would be no immunity but you'd get that 200 .
