Let me preface this pathetic workout first. Remember, its been a while since I've worked out and I can sure tell. Ryan kept making little comments throughout my entire workout. He's cleaning the bathrooms now. I went for triples with my deads because I wasnt sure I had it in me to go for a 1rm, it was late and I was getting tired. Well little did I know that triples take a heck of a lot more out of you than singles! I fell back on my first rep on my last set but counted it anyway. ;D I can do that as long as I admit to it. I didnt drop the weight and I recovered so I figured it was mine. Anyone care to argue with me? So here's the workout: ME Deads Ab Sling 1x10,6 (knees to chest - yeah right - Jack I hate that you can do these so darn easy)) Swissball crunch 2x15x40 Rack Pulls (1" below knee) 1x10x45 1x8x95 1x3x115,165,185,205, *straps 215,225 GHR 3x5xBW (Not so easy since Jack showed me the right way to do them) Leg Ext 1x15x50 1x15x75 1x8x100 (needing to do some prehab work on my knee) Band Leg Curls (purple bands) 1x20 (each leg) 2x20 (both legs) Well thats it. Not much but it took a lot out of me. I can feel my hams already..I love it!! My shoulders and back are sore from yesterday so I outta be real happy tomorrow. I love this feeling and really miss it. Well gotta run, supper got put on hold while I worked out. I hope ya'll had a good day.

Nothing pathetic about that workout. If you fell back on the deads that means your form was good and if your form is good it counts. No argument here . Did you ever think I showed you the hard way to do GHR 's so you couldn't beat me . Next time you do the deads don't use the straps, use some chalk. Only use the straps for real heavy shrugs. Work on that grip.

Try some chalk, any kind will do,one time and you'll find you don't the need the straps. Besides it will help with your grip work and if you ever lift in a meet...........no straps allowed. Try the chalk and we'll see what happens.

Just try some chalky substance one time. I think you'll find you can grip as much weight as with the straps. One time and then you can go back to the straps if you're not satisfied ( although I don't recommend it ).
