Stretching - upper body
Flat Bench Press 2x8x45 2x5x55
Skull Crushers 2x12x10 1x6x10
DB Cleans 1x10,15x15 1x6x25
Face Pulls 3x8x45 (tri rope)
Rotator cuff 3x10x2
Wrist curls (behind the back) 3x20x45
Notes: Use lat bar for face pulls next time 5 lbs on rotator cuff db cleans start out with 20 next time

I've been waiting for your workout to be posted for a long time. Keep it up. Good job ryan. Try the wide grip on the lat bar for the face pulls. You'll be putting us all to shame if you keep this up.

Interesting that you mention your rotator cuff exercise.
Great rotator cuff article in t-rag this week, talking about how the RC can be a limiting factor in other development.
I'm particularly proud of the author of the article, he's my next door neighbor. Well, he used to be, now he's grown up and gone to graduate school.
