here's a new one for you,Pam...............barbell roller. I needed something different for abs, something that wouldn't put a lot of stress on my hams so I put a 10# plate on each end of the BB,put it on the floor and used it as an ab roller. Works pretty good but it probably works better on a concrete floor. DE squats(12.75" box, suit all the way,58 %)--12x2x240 + 60 #'s chain(I was supposed to use 60% but I had forgetten that I'd gone up my max); GHR(2" elv.)--4x15xBW; Rev. hypers--3x8x140,150,160; Ab belts--3x12(brought knees way up on these); BB roller --3x12 (interesting exercise); BTB wrist curls--1x20x65; 2x15x85,105. My ham still feels a little stiff so I didn't do anything to really put any undue stress there. I'm hoping it will be good as new in another 7-10 days. I may have to cut down on my gm's until it's totally healed.

Hey Jack. I have one of those Ab rollers, one of the few ab thingys I think works. Its not as easy as it looks.
Geez, I cant believe you can get speed with that weight! I am such a wimp.
I think its a good idea to give your ham time to heal. Its only going to get worse if you dont. HOw has your heel been feeling lately?
