Ok going to try to post this up real quick. I got roped into helping out as school for a bit this morning when I brought the kids in. Ryan will get his up after school. DE Bench Speed Flat Bench 1x10x45 1x8x65 9x3x75(3 grips) Close Grip BP 3x12x65 Tate Press 3x30x15 (too lazy to run up and get the 20's) Shoulder Press 3x10x15 Lat Pulldowsn 3x12x60 (I'll confess before Ryan spills the beans. I feel asleep while resting between the first and second sets. Dont ask me how but I did. I had put my head againist the bench and slept. ) Sup Raise 3x15x5 Tri's arent sore even a little. Going to have to bring down the 20's next time and do some skull crushers with more weight. My hams however are sore. Thats all I have time for. I hope ya'll have a good day. Today is my rest day and I need it! Ryan was dying yesterday, 3 days in a row is too much for him...no I didnt call him a whimp..well ok maybe.......

You were really pumped for this workout . That's what I like to see....you worked so hard and fast that you wore yourself out . Pam,you're just to honest.......I'd never told that if it happened to me . I assume the shoulders fared OK,since you didn't mention any problems with them. Ryan needs a break. Give him a day or two before he gets back under the bar. Like I said before,I don't know if I'd want to work out with you .

You missed the first part Jack, Ryan would have told on me. Shoulder is good. We both need a break. I need a good old fashioned Survivor night! Be good!
