Up and down in 40 minutes. Now the trick will be not to push this one to the limits.
One arm DB rows--1x10x55,65,75;
Lat pulldowns(wide grip)--1x10x90,100,110;
DB shoulder press--1x12x35,40,45;
Rear delt flyes(minibands)--3x15;
Hammer curls--1x10x30,35; 1x8x40;
Rev. wrist curls(6" elv.)--1x20x45,1x15x50,1x12x55.
I'll cycle a lot of these weights and see what happens.

You have way too much ambition I get tired just looking at your workouts. So tell me what your new schedule is going to look like.

Ambition has nothing to do with it....I'm just trying to keep up . The new schedule is: Su--ME bench; M--DE squats; Tu--assistance work(this may be just every other week); W--rest; Th--DE bench; F--ME squats; Sa--rest. We'll see how this goes for the fall season.
