Flat speed bench(close and med. grips,miniband)--6x3x115,3x3x120(everything felt slow in warmups so I cut the weight and still felt slow);
Close grip bench press--1x5x120,130,140,150,160 + miniband;
Flat DB extensions--3x10x55 + 2 minibands;
Chest supported rows--1x12x135,1x10x155,2x8x175,185;
Rear delt flyes(incline bench)--4x12x25;
Cuff work(shoulder horn)--3x25x2.5.
My speed off the chest has been slower than Christmas. I may just go straight weight for a couple of sessions and add some board and band work as a supplemental exercise. We'll see how it goes on ME day and then decide what to do.

I know you are going to poo poo this idea right off the bat but Jack have you ever thought that maybe you are working too much? I'm not talking about the extra days you just threw in but maybe overall you need to take a down week..or two. I'm not talking about not lifting but not going heavy, nothing below 12 reps and keep it to 3 sets max. Just a thought. One more post to respond to and then I am off to the showers.

Yes,I've thought about a potential over training affect but I don't think that's my main problem. It wouldn't hurt to take some time off but the mental burden would offset any physical recuperation facilitated by a rest period of more than 3 days. Here's what I'll do..........work on my diet,try to get some more sleep and try to keep my workouts a little shorter. How's that for a start . If everything starts going down,then we'll cross the bridge to a longer rest period. Most,well some ,of my work for the last month has been higher, reps lighter weight so now we'll see if that has produced any results. You're probably right about the rest.
