I'm going to stick with the 3 rep max work for 2 more weeks and then alternate between the single and trip work. We'll see how that goes and adjust from there. Cambered bar bench press(3 rep max)-- warmups,1x3x195,215,235,245; 1x2x255*(only deserves one star since It was rep work and the first time); 4 board press--3x5x225; Tate press--3x10x55; Lat pulldowns(wide grip)--1x8x90,100,110,120; Face pulls--1x12x80,90,90; DB side raise--4x8x30; Cuff complex--1x20x10,front and rear delts. Pam,my tri's are sore . I guess it's old age .
