Ladder work: carry apparatus (ladder) to the station (apple tree), set apparatus up, climb up, do stretching & propiosensory work (infra) climb down, take apparatus down, carry apparatus to next station. Repeat.
Comment: total body workout with aerobic components.
Stretching & propiosensory work: while standing on one foot on a cross bar, reach up, down, left and right to the limit of balance and attempt to grasp the object, (apple)
Comment: “no dear, not that one, that one over there.”
Farmer’s carry: carry canvas bags from station to station while increasing the weight of the bags from 2 lbs empty at the first station to 40 lbs full at the end of the session. Comment: not much weight, but long distances.

Comment: Although exact monitoring of levels impossible due to nature of exercise, anecdotal evidence indicates rapid benefits to all systems.
Nutrition after workout:
Pies, Sauce, Crisps, Strudels, etc, etc.
Comment: Beautiful, AND she can cook !
