I was supposed to skip this week on this workout but I had some concerns that were on my mind and there's nothing like a little workout to help ease the worries. It didn't solve any problems but made me feel a little better for a while. Remember that Pam .

Military press(standing)-1x15x45,1x12x20,2x10x85,105;

One arm DB row--3x10x75;

Reverse BB shrugs--1x12x135,185,235,235;

Back extensions--3x15xBW;

Incline hammer curls--1x8x30,35,40,40;

Wrist curls(BTB)--1x12x95,105,115.

I'll skip this one next week,maybe .

Always showing me up there huh Jack? Well I got in a little, actually a lot, of unexpected extra shoulder work tonight. That thing I married....geez, just saying that makes me shudder...didnt bother telling me the pool needed to be vacuumed before the guy shut it down. He came during my workout, was 2 hours late, and I wasnt about to stop working out. Anyway I had to get up all the leaves by using that stupid net..and the pool was full of leaves. I dont know how they got there when I have a cover over it. Anyway, it was a pain. The water was freezing and I was soaked. It took me 2 hours but I got it all cleaned. I told the as*hole that I had to get into the pool to finish up....so being the man he isnt he said he would "try" to hold the ladder while I went in. So I set off to get in when Ryan saw me and insisted he do it instead of me. I am so glad he is not turing out like whats his face. I felt so bad because the water was freezing. Anyway, he was only in for 5 minutes and we got the pool all cleaned out and the cover on. Tomorrow I get to clean the filter, cartridge, etc. Should be a fun day.

I could never nor would I ever show you up. I've got to get up in the wee hours of the morning just to keep you in sight. You did a Navy Seals B.U.D.S. training with that pool work. No way I could do that . I'd probably had a major confrontation at the ladder. Somebody would have gone in and it wouldn't have been you or I(hopefully )
