I've got some minor back problems so I just played around with stances and degree of bend that felt the most comfortable. I started out at -4,about a 50-60 deg. bend and finished at -2(around 30 deg.) I could have gone on with the weight but it would have been a quarter squat instead of good morning . Cambered bar good mornings(suit,3 rep max)--warmups,1x3x195,215,235,255 @ -4,1x3x275,295 @ -3, 1x3x315,335 @ -2 . I was really disappointed I couldn't let it go on these. GHR(chains around neck)--1x15 + 2 sets of chain,1x12 + 3 sets of chain,2x10 + 4 sets of chain. Chain was 6' of 3/8" link; Reverse hypers--2x15x70(kept these light and just used them to loosen up the back); Kneeling ab pulldowns--2x8x60,2x8x70,2x8x80,2x8x90,1x8x100; Hanging ab raise--3x12,knees up; Standing BB curls--1x8x45,2x3x65,85; 1x1x95,105,115,125,135(F); 1x12x95. The 135 was so close. Next time I own it. I wish I could have gotten a picture with the chains around my neck. Mr T's would have looked like a starter set .

I've been meaning to ask you, what did you do to your back? Is it any better now? Chains around your neck...you know Jack no one could accuse you of not being dedicated. Or would that be crazy? I'm grunting with just my body weight and you go and throw chains around your neck..is this the first time you tried that? Still cant get over how much you do when you workout. One day I'll get there.

This was the first time with the chains. I'm not sure if this was an original idea or I'd seen that somewhere. Any way the 3/8 chains don't weigh that much and they're a lot easier to use than holding a plate. The only problem is they get tangled and pull the hair at the back of my neck and on the top of my back. Just try one 3/8 chain on your last set and see if you can tell any difference. I like crazy better . I do a lot of dumb things I don't usually report. It's a good thing I work out alone or you'd question my sanity . Dedicated may not be the best description of my workouts but except for certain occassions and a few special people it's the high water mark of my life. I guess you could say it's what I revolve around most of the time. If that's dedicated,then that's me . I'm waiting for you to catch me. In fact I'm your biggest fan. You better catch me.
