It's hard to compete with all those scientific posts ,so here goes just a plain "ol" description of what I did: Cambered bar bench press--warmups,1x3x195,215,235,255; 1x2x265(F-3)*,grunted,strained,pushed,turned red, gave it everything I had but couldn't get it past the midpoint; 4 board press(close grip)--1x3x225,225,235,245,1x2x255(F-3),1x4x225,looks like I'm going to be doing a lot of floor presses to work this weak point; Flat DB extensions--4x10x55 + minibands; Lat pulldowns(wide grip)--1x5x100,110,120,130,140; 1x15x100; Face pulls--1x12x80,1x10x90,1x8x100,1x12x90; DB side raise--4x8x35. I had to cut out the cuff work today. Joe worked out with me but he was doing an entirely different routine. The dog was walking in and out of the rack and it was a congested area today but I enjoyed it.

Excuses, excuses...you could have moved to the corner to do your cuff work. Yes, you can kick me. So what kind of workout is Joe doing? I assume he's not powerlifting? Did the dog leave any surprises in the rack for you? Nice workout as usual Jack..dont even look at mine.

The dog left no surprises but he was real nervous which made me real nervous. He paced and sniffed a lot and loves to walk through your legs about the time you've got a ton(well maybe just a few little plates ) up. Joe is doing a more of a full body type workout focusing on how many pullups and crunches he can do,that Marine thing. I challenge him to a crunch contest at the end of our workout, see how many one could do in 2 minutes but the little accident got me off the hook on that one . Good to see you back on track. You're walking the walk.
