Warmup - 15 min on CII.
Alternating two minute rounds on the speed bag and on the heavy bag x 10.
Stationary bike is set up under the speed bag, so that I pedal while striking the bag.
Two and three punch combinations on the heavy bag.
Tito Puente afro-caribe in the background to provide the tempo for the combinations and help keep the punch count up.
Cool down - 145 HBDL x 20 .
Comment: if you’ve never worked out on a heavy bag, you are in for a surprise. After the workout you may feel like the bag has been hitting you back.

I can just see it, me biking while hitting a bag...I'd be on my butt in no time.
Sounds like a good cardio workout.
