I taped this one. I'm going to look at it here in a minute and I'm sure it will be entertaining. I'm anxious to check my speed and form on the bench press and see if my JM's are anywhere close to what they should be.
Speed BB bench(minibands)--9x3x105;
JM press--1x5x135,145,155,165,175,185,195,205,215; 1x4x225;
Flat DB extensions(minibands)--1x10x55,60,65,65;
Seated DB cleans--4x10x30;
Chest assisted BB row--1x8x165,175,185,195; 1x7x205,195;
Rear delt raise--4x10x30;
Cuff work(shoulder horn)--3x15x10.
Taping the workouts adds a lot of time to completion. I was slower than a herd of turtles but the feedback from the tape will be worth the extra time.

Why does it take longer to finish the workout with taping it? Do you use a tripod? Do you just set it up and press the pause and record button? Or is the extra time in making sure your hair is just right? Still dont have that chest assisted row machine huh Jack? Maybe you should put in an order to santa. Nice workout...thanks for holding down the fort.

The camcorder I have is a borrowed one and it's not the best in world...........I've got to keep moving it around to get the best angles and the triipod is an old camera tripod and the legs don't tighten up the way they should. Everytime you move it you've got to level the tripod and retighten the legs. Walking back on forth to turn it on and off doesn't seem like much but add all these little things together and it takes me 15-20 more minutes to finish but it's worth it . Pam,the problem is not with my hair but the glare from my head. If the camcorder is not positioned just right in relation to the light,the reflection will wash the recording out . The chest assisted row machine is on the list,one of those from me to me . I'll hold down the fort until I'm the last man standing.
