I didn't think I'd be able to do this one this morning. I had be suffering from serious heartburn for several days but got a treatment around 10 this morning that put me way over on the good side . If I can talk the doctor into it,I'd like this perscription every day. Box squats(13.5" box,suit,belt,wraps for the last 4 reps)--warmups,1x3x225,275; 1x1x320,360,395,420 *,435***,440(F); Dimel deadlifts--1x12x135,155,165; Romanian deadlifts--1x12x135,165,185; Side bends--1x12x55,1x10x75,2x8x85,95; Leg band curls--3x15x gr. band,both legs. 400 was my squat goal at the beginning of the year and I got that in May. I then set my goal for the year at 430 but Pam upped the ante and made it 450. I've got a shot. A 9 week squat cycle of bands and chains and then sometime in the latter part of December,we'll go for broke. Thanks Coach.

Pam,before you read me the riot act , the old PR was 415. I did tape this one and can't wait to see my face.

I'd say 400 is in the bag. Hey I read about a new twist to deadlifts. I'm thinking I would use this an assistance exercise but it might work good for rack pulls. Anyway you combine the deadlift with a shrug. I thought it sounded interesting so I'm going to give it a try next time...nice way to combine two exercises in one move...for those of us that are time challenged. Congrats on the PR!!! I'm waiting for that 400.

Try that out and let me know how you like it. Hopefully in 2 more weeks I can start to deadlift again. I hope you meant 500 . If either of us could add,we might just hit some bigger numbers .

actually I meant 450 Who knows, I may actually be benching 200 and not know it.
