Dud workout,that's all I can say(nicely that is ); Speed BB bench press(minibands,med. grip)--9x3x105; JM press--1x5x185,195,205,205; Tate press--3x12x45; Seated DB cleans--1x10x35,2x8x35; Seated cable rows--1x10x140,150,160,170,180,180; Rear delts(minibands)--3x15; Cuff work(shoulder horn)--3x12x12.5. The only thing positive is that I finished this one faster and got it in the books. I've to get my mind right for Friday and that will take some doing. Help .
